The virus has impacted Sri Lanka with most of the cases located in the Colombo/Negombo/Chilaw areas on the West Coast.  Colombo currently has a total Curfew.

There are no cases at present in the areas where we are carrying out our Charity Work.

The Hotels are shut and the tourist industry is closed. Many of the poorer people have lost their jobs and are in difficulties.

We are  still supporting our sponsored children and our projects are continuing and are  about 40% complete. We are in constant touch with our helpers in the Country. The Hardware Store is still able to make deliveries of building materials and the Villagers are carrying on with the improvements to their homes so the charity is still active.
