This Gentleman requires 2 Limbs below the knee and OIAL are again sending him to the Centre for the Handicapped in Kandy, where he will be measured and fitted with these new limbs.  This will be his first time to receive limbs enabling him to walk again.  Transport will be provided from his village and he will initially attend the centre for measurments and then return for Fitting and 10day Training.

Each of his new limbs will cost £130 each
